A theory: He put Biden in the White House to replace Trump. Trump is a meshugenner and a bully. You wouldn't want to be married to him [especially if you are a guy] but the world is afraid of him. Biden is a spineless, weak, meek, impotent, terrible excuse for a leader. Really pathetic. He shouldn't be in the White House but in a nice, comfortable facility for the aged and spend his time golfing and playing backgammon.
So Putin felt free to invade Ukraine and חמאס to start this war. If Trump was in office those two wars wouldn't have happened בדרך הטבע.
