A New Perspective On Anger

"Love implies anger. The man who is angered by nothing cares about nothing."

If you are married I will guess that the person who makes you the MOST angry in the world is your spouse. WHY? You don't get angry at Mrs. Greenberg from down the block? You don't get angry at Mr. Cohen from the butcher shop? So why should you get angry at your spouse who has done so much for you and whom you love [at times...] so much??

Because you care soooo much. If spouses never get angry at each other this signifies apathy [unless they are angels].

Apathy is the END of the relationship. So paradoxically anger is a sign that the relationship is still vibrant.
