Tzitzis To Sleep

Do you wear your tzitzis to sleep?

The Arizal said that you should. However, shockingly [to me] the Chazon Ish and Brisker Rov did NOT! This is surprising because even if you say that night TIME is not obligated in tzitzis [as opposed to the Rosh who held that only a night GARMENT is absolved from the mitzva but at night TIME one is obligated], what about the time one sleeps in the morning after the day begins. That time is definitely obligated in tzitzis. Unless the fact was that both of these titans woke up and got dressed before daybreak.
