Once that is firmly established, one then has to peer into his or her neshama and psyche and determine what is the nature of his or her personality, inclinations, strengths and weaknesses. In other words, to do a detailed personality assessment.

Now, with a strong positive will in hand, together with an understanding of one's uniqueness, the road is paved towards reaching one's potential and becoming a tzadik.
