It seems that every time someone is accused of a crime, it doesn't matter how many accusers there are, it doesn't matter how much evidence there is against him, it doesn't matter how clearly guilty he is - the defense attorney will tell the media - "My client is innocent of all charges. Justice will be served." Blah, Blah, Blah.......
OJ - INNOCENT!!! Cosby - INNOCENT!!! Touchy-feely Andy C. - INNOCENT!!!
So I say like this:
Dear Defense Attorney - You have said that so many times in the past and afterwards your client was proven guilty. You have LOST your חזקת כשרות. You have a חזקת שקרן. Like, when you speak the assumption must be that you are lying unless you can absolutely prove you are telling the truth. There is no reason for you to tell the truth b/c you are being paid heavy money to lie. You also feel no obligation to G-d to tell the truth b/c you have lied so many times it has become second nature.

Freud would say that I wrote that b/c I have repressed anger and resentment that I never was accepted to law school. So be it Siggy!!! Have your way!!!! But I am MUCH HAPPIER teaching arts and crafts to sweet children on 138th street in Manhattan!!!
