It means that one has to have FORESIGHT!! Don't just FALL IN to the situation. Be there prepared BEFORE the morning. PLAN. Don't go somewhere and then say "Hey - how I am I going to find a minyan for mincha in this place?" Think about that in advance!!
Don't get angry at your spouse every time they do or say a certain thing that they habitually do or say. Be prepared. Know it's going to happen.
