I dealt with this over Shabbos:
אֹמַ֗ר לַ֖יהֹוָה מַחְסִּ֣י וּמְצֽוּדָתִ֑י אֱ֜לֹהַ֗י אֶבְטַח־בּֽוֹ
I shall say of the Hashem [that He is] my shelter and my fortress, my God in Whom I trust. [Tehillim 91-2]
What is the difference between a "shelter" and a "fortress" in this context?? Just say one of them?! And OF COURSE if He is my shelter then I can trust Him??!
