לענ"ד one shouldn't get swept up either way. On one hand the mesrirus nefesh of Chabad is simply unparalleled. The amount of chesed they do in ruchniyus and gashmiyus is awe-inspiring. One of the "anti" guests on the podcast did a lot of hemming and hawing when confronted with those facts b/c there is really no answer other than "WOW! They are the BEST".
On the other hand - there are serious problems there that should not be overlooked and one must be vigilant not to get sucked into the negative. וד"ל. We have written about it on these pages and will not rehash it now.
