I heard a Yoshke freak give a proof [smugly, if I may say so] that Yoshke is Messiah.
Here goes.
1] Messiah is born of a virgin women, as the Tanach says.
2] Yoshke was born of a virgin.
Yay! Yoshke is Messiah. He could not FATHOM how people couldn't accept that and other "proofs".
Well, it says nowhere that Moshiach will be born of a virgin. The pasuk [Yehsayahu 7-14] is famously mistranslated. A virgin is a בתולה [as in the "בתולה Islands"] while the pasuk says עלמה which means young lady.
There is also zero proof that Yoshke was born of a virgin [besides a fertile imagination. Pun intended].
So they make two false assumptions [in addition to other many false assumptions], kill lots of people for not converting and thereby invent a religion.
Wow!! Convincing!!! 🤣🤣🤣

1] Question your assumptions. Many are liable to be false.
2] Before you believe in a religion - it is worth actually reading the text/s the religion is based upon in the original.
