יְהֹוָ֥ה חָפֵ֖ץ לְמַ֣עַן צִדְק֑וֹ יַגְדִּ֥יל תּוֹרָ֖ה וְיַאְדִּֽיר.
Whose "צדקו" - Hashem's or Am Yisrael's?
Artscroll renders it Am Yisrael's but all the Meforshim I saw understand it to be referring to Hashem [and that would seem to be the pashtus b/c it begins ה' חפץ so it makes sense that the למען צדקו refers to Him as well].
