הרזיות המסורתית היא העומדת נגד המינות, מגינה על היהדות מארס הנחש ההולך ומרקיב, שנוטל את כוחו מיסוד הקודש, שתוכנו הוא עקירת היסוד המעשי, והשקיעה של הנפשות בטבעיות ההרגשה האמונית לבדה, באין יחש לקשר סידורי בכל פעולות אדם. ואם אצל בני נח היה הדבר ראוי, כשהוא עוקר את יסוד התוכן הישראלי מערכו, הרי הוא מזיק את כל היחש של ההופעה האלהית המשפעת מישראל על העולם כולו. וסודות התורה מבססים את האופי המעשי במילואו, ובונים בזה מבצר לתקומת האומה בכל צביונה ותקוותיה.
The study of Kabala stands against Christianity which with it's poison uprooted the practical side of religion and focused on faith alone. If you believe - you are saved. That is all you need. This works for Bnei Noach - non-Jews, for Jews it doesn't and that approach uproots the entire revelation of Hashem in the world. The study of Kabala establishes the practical, halachic side of life and builds our nation.
The Rav doesn't explain how studying Kabala - mysticism, builds up the practical side of life? It should be just the opposite! If one learns kabala then he focuses on the supernal realm and not on what is going on down here - was the animal shechted properly? Am I allowed to make a cup of coffee on Shabbos?
The answer might be that when one learns kabala he sees how all of our actions affect this world in a very real and powerful way. So learn kabala and be infused with the importance of living a G-dly life in a very this-worldly, solid, practical way.
