Continuing the thought from the previous post.
We fear Hashem because we are created beings and recognize that Hashem is beyond us and watching us. We love because we are in a way to similar to Hashem. So it has to start with fear [our very creation] and then go on to love [due to our specific nature]. If this is so then one cannot claim to have more love than fear because the love is predicated upon fear and also fear is much closer to our basic perception as being created beings more so than being בצלם אלקים.
