How can there be a rule that a מצוה הבאה בעבירה [mitzva act that is at the same time also an aveira] doesn't count as a valid mitzva and ALSO say that there is a rule of עשה דוחה לא תעשה which means that the mitzva DOES count and the aveirah is pushed away??
