 I. On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate your ability to accept what cannot be changed?  

2. What difficult situations in the past have you coped well with because you were accepting? 

3. How have you lost out in the past by failing to accept the inevitable? 

4. How does lack of acceptance cause you to worry about future events not turning out the way you wish?
