I think some people don't like the song "Yesh Tikva" because it is too zionist and modern sounding. Even the word "Tikva" conjures up images of another "Tikva" rachmana litzlan!:-).
So here they converted and kashered the song to Yiddish and the Ivrit to Chasidish Hebrew.
Works for me:-). Like it both ways.
