The pasuk says in Shir Hashirim "הביאני אל בית היין" - Bring me to the house of wine. Chazal understand this to be referring to the "House of wine of Sinai".
There is so much amazing Torah outt here it can make a person drunk. שכורת ולא מיין as Yeshaya said. Drunk but not from physical wine but from Torah.
Rav Shmuel Rozovsky the great RY of Ponovitch said that just as one already starts getting intoxicated from the strong smell of wine even before he actually drinks it - so just being around people who are drunk with the wine of Torah should have a great impact., even before actually learning it. A groise rachmanus on people who don't learn and Gan Eden in this world for people who do learn [properly].
