Let's say that you are passionate about Torah and the thriving of the Olam HaYeshivos in EY and you are also very passionate about the importance of Eretz Yisrael being under Jewish rule for both religious and security reasons. What is the political party that will preserve at all cost, these two central values - Torah and Eretz Yisrael?
There is, REMARKABLY, no such party. All the Tzioni, right wing, non-Charedi parties want to draft all of the Yeshiva boys in addition to changing the curriculum to include a lot more secular studies. The Aguda is super on Talmud Torah and Yeshivos but they readily admit that they are not obligated to the right or the left side of the political map. Whichever side promises more for their needs will get their support regardless of their policy vis a vis the בני ישמעאל.
I find this reality jarring.
Hashem gave us the Torah to learn and תלמוד תורה כנגד כולם but He also gave us Eretz Yisrael.
