This headline from Arutz Sheva. Sounds like Ha-aretz or the J-post. Sounds TERRIBLE!! They DEMAND!!!! And SOOOO much money. This is accompanied by an ominous looking picture of a Charedi man who wants YOUR MONEY!!!!

Meaning - looooooadsssssssssss of money goes to secular education [including teaching Arabs and non-Jewish Russions] and only part of it goes to Yeshivos. Why shouldn't religious people get part of the pie?? Don't they pay taxes?? OF COURSE they do.
Or how about this statistic?
National expenditure on culture, entertainment and sports in Israel reached nearly 70.61 billion Israeli shekels (around 19.14 billion U.S. dollars) in 2021.
How much of that goes to Charedim? Sorry - they don't "do" culture, entertainment and sports.
Over 70 bil on "important" things like Israeli handball but the Yeshivos perpetuating our tradition and heritage deserve nothing?
