1] Coping skills. We are all dealing with a lot of stuff [especially now!!] and we can't forget how wonderful it is that we have coping skills like smoking weed and drinking heavily๐. Of course, we should be mindful of this fact and not neglect to take advantage of these skills - some of which me may not yet have discovered.
