We don’t just teach our kids how to move through the world — we teach them how to slow down in it, too.
If they see us taking a breath, making space, choosing quiet over constant motion — they learn that rest isn’t something to feel guilty about. It’s something to honor.
Not everything has to be toiled over. Not everything has to be externally productive.
Sometimes, just being is enough.
We are called "human beings" - not "human doers".
