Ten minutes as a good prep for  כאיש אחד בלב אחד here. When the speaker told the "girls" to get out their gemaras he was joking because he was all alone in the room giving the shiur. Not that girls shouldn't learn gemara. Not that they should. I have no opinion on the matter:).
