Who Wrote the Dead Sea Scrolls?

Very often a work is named after its author [as in "it says in the Rambam"]. So in my GREAT SCHOLARLY BRILLIANCE I have solved the question that has puzzled many scholars and concluded that the Dead Sea Scrolls were written by the Dead Sea.
