I have a lot of things bothering me. What do I do?

מאין יבוא עזרי - From אין - nothingness., ego nullification, realizing that it is not abt. ME, my help will come.
עזרי מעם ה' עושה שמים וארץ - It is abt. Hashem who created both the spiritual [שמים] and physical [וארץ] worlds. HE can help me. The VERY THOUGHT that it is abt. Hashem is already a huge help.
Notice how many things wouldn't bother you if you would just forget about your ego. An incredible thought experiment.
