We Jews are at a distinct advantage b/c we have Torah. בראתי יצר הרע בראתי תורה תבלין. But even then - no guarantees. One has to keep his eyes DOWN, his thoughts PURE, his words MEASURED, and to make sure that other people are always around in order to keep him in check. We men have done nothing wrong. It is our nature. The sin is in not controlling one's natural instincts - not in having them. They actually serve us quite well in that they helped us get married - a very costly and time consuming project.

He, of course, is not the only one. There are loads like him in politics, entertainment, sports, business etc. etc. Every powerful man is especially suspect. When a man sees an attractive women, in a fraction of a second he feels attraction whether he likes it or not. If one doesn't have serious Yiras Shomayim, he has little incentive not to follow his instinct - unless he fears getting caught. And even then....
