Women have a sex drive too. It is not only men. But I read in one place that men have 10 to 20 times the amount of testosterone [which creates the sex drive] than women have. In another place I read that actually men have ONE THOUSAND PERCENT more馃槼馃槼馃槻 . I don't know the reality and I am not going to measure.
What we know are some of the ramifications:
A] It is a biological fact that men are very driven to have sexual relations with women. It is a spiritual reality that this drive [if not properly channeled] can destroy one spiritually. So one must be ready for WAR. The war is fought not with guns and tanks but with Torah, Tfilla and Mussar.
B] Men marry women. Odds are that he wants to be together a lot more often than she does. This requires understanding and consideration on the part of both people.
C] It is OK to have a strong sex drive. It means that one is healthy. It is NOT OK to not be in control. Our culture often teaches otherwise.
