Confused

 I saw a shul describe itself this way:

We follow traditional Halakha, Jewish law, and espouse values of inclusivity, respect, and an egalitarian aesthetic.

לאו רישא סיפא ולאו סיפא רישא?!!

So at least this Shabbos, I won't be davening there.
