Life Hack - Bad Habits

We all have bad habits. How do you overcome?

Ideally - it is better to get to the psychological depth of why we engage in destructive behaviors. But one should also use "tricks".

Here is one. Distance. 

You drink too much alcohol [in the religious community there is a serious drinking problem among too many...]. Keep alcohol out of the house, out of sight and out of reach.

You spend too much? Leave the house with no or little money [and of course w/o your credit card]. 

You eat unhealthy foods? Keep them out of the house.

You reach for your phone hundreds of times a day and your entire life revolves around it? Put it AWAY and only take it out when necessary. 

You get the point! Keep things that bring you down at a distance!!!!
