Chesed

 If you give a hungry person food - that is GREAT!!! 

But it only lasts for a few hours and the person is hungry again.

If you give someone ruchniyus - it lasts FOREVER. 

Do chesed in gashmiyus but don't forget to do chesed in ruchniyus as well.
