The Gemara says that if women are obligated to bench מדרבנן they can't be מוציא men who are obligated מדאורייתא.
R' Akiva Eiger: YES THEY CAN [לכאורה]!! According to the opinion הרהור כדיבור דמי, we can say that hearing a woman bentch is no less than הרהור. So that הרהור covers men מדאורייתא and מדרבנן they can be יוצא with שומע כעונה.
