The Masechta that teaches the laws of Tzaraas is called Maseches "Negaim". Why did the Rambam choose to call his section on these Halachos "Hilchos Tumas Tzaraas" and not "Hilchos Negaim"?
While on the topic - the Rambam has a section called "הלכות גזילה ואבידה". Why did the Rambam feel compelled to make a "shidduch" between these two seemingly disparate areas of Halacha??
