It is sort of like the elephant in the room. We all know it is there and it is rarely discussed. When I was in high school it was never discussed even though that is quite a bit of what boys in high school are thinking about. I learned in numerous yeshivos in Israel and it was never discussed. Today it is spoken about more but not enough. It is like cancer - it kills a person and ignoring it doesn't make it go away.
I am referring to sinful thoughts. The gemara [:בבא בתרא קס"ד] already said 1500 or so years ago that EVERY DAY men have sinful thoughts of a sexual nature. EVERY DAY!!! And this is not only teenage boys. Just being male [of any age] is enough.
So EVERY DAY one has to be vigilant. We are dealing with an איסור דאורייתא!!! [At least according to some]. And in the internet age - על אחת וכמה וכמה how careful one must be!!!
The BEST eitza I have ever seen is from the Rambam [איסורי ביאה כ"ב י"ט].
