ATLANTA, GEORGIA - Donald Trump is suing Fox newscaster Bret Baier for libel.
During the recent GOP debate, Baier called Trump "the elephant not in the room". This infuriated Trump. He went to social media and wrote: "ELEPHANT???? ELEPHANT??? HE IS CALLING MEEEE AN ELEPHANT?? HE IS AN ELEPHANT. AND SO IS HIS MOTHER. THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN BE AN ELEPHANT IS IF YOUR MOTHER IS AN ELEPHANT!!!!!!"
Days later Trump's lawyers announced that he will be suing for libel.
Unconfirmed rumors have it that Baier will be countersuing Trump for calling him and his mother an elephant.
One high up democrat in Washington said off the record that "we are trying are best to get Trump into a cage [jail] - just like the elephant at the zoo. So Baier wasn't far off."
