The primary Teshuva must be for the sin of the weaking of the recognition of Hashem's Unity [יחוד השם] in all of its depth and breadth which is the foundation of general Teshuva and similarly people must elevate themselves to have a powerful desire for the revelation of Hashem and knowing Hashem on earth in an encompassing form. Meaning, that the entire world should elevate itself to the height of this great and broad desire and all of the relating to fixing individuals will only be b/c any screen covering this fire dims this general light. Therefore it is fitting to remove personal infractions in order that this sublime light should shine in all of its glory on all levels both general and individual. And then there will be a fulfillment of תהלים ע"ב:י"ט - וּבָר֤וּךְ׀ שֵׁ֥ם כְּבוֹד֗וֹ לְע֫וֹלָ֥ם וְיִמָּלֵ֣א כְ֭בוֹדוֹ אֶת־כֹּ֥ל הָאָ֗רֶץ אָ֘מֵ֥ן ׀ וְאָמֵֽן׃. And blessed be His glorious name forever; and let the whole earth be filled with His glory. Amen and Amen. The strategy of general Teshuva is the best Teshuva and it's fruits are many.
