A shadchan sets up a couple and at their wedding he goes into the yichud room with them. Completely wrong. Now they don't need him anymore so he should really take a hike.
All year long the "shadchan" between us and Hashem is our sechel. On Purim we want our neshamos to be alone with the "chosson" [Hashem] so we tell the "shadchan" [the sechel] to take a hike.
