Prepare For The Big Day

Rebbe Baruch of Mez'iboz [the grandson of the Baal Shem Tov] once saw a Yid who was having trouble dealing with the fact that he [this Yid] was passing on to the next world. The Rebbe said "I don't understand. All of one's life he should be preparing for the day of death so that when it comes he is prepared for the elevation. How is is that it is so difficult?"
