Motzio Or Motziam?

The pasuk says [Bamidbar 24-8]:

אֵ-ל מוֹצִיאוֹ מִמִּצְרַיִם

This is oddly לשון יחיד? Hashem didn't just take ONE PERSON out of Egypt but millions!!

Also, earlier [23-22] it says א-ל מוציאם ממצרים which is לשון רבים??
