The famous dayan of Brisk Rav Simcha Zelig Reguer זצוק"ל הי"ד [he was killed by the Nazis] had a granddaughter named Sara Reguer who was a Professor of Jewish History about Brooklyn College. Rav Simcha Zelig has another grandson who is famous in Israel as a basketball play by play announcer. His name is ... "Simi [Simcha] Reguer". He carries the name of his holy grandfather [I assume his middle name is Zelig] and is tragically light years away from him in piety and Torah knowledge. I would say "a complete shaygetz and letz" but I prefer not to call him names and instead hope he does Teshuva.
