I am not making this up. A frum, sheitel wearing judge, who gives shiurei Torah, a magidas shiur [!!] gave a 25,000 shekel fine to a person who worked in a store and related to a cross dressing male customer in lashon zachar numerous times after he/she insisted that they be related to in lashon nekeiva. The zachar/nekeiva was insulted and sued.
Great money making idea. Go from store to store, insist they relate to you in a gender you are not and if they refuse - sue. Do this a few times a year and you can retire.
