A lot of frum people have sided with the BLM movement. They [the BLM'ERS] present 13 principles in which they believe. י"ג עיקרי אמונה if you will - להבדיל אלף אלפי הבדלות. Here are some:
Empathy
We are committed to practicing empathy; we engage comrades with the intent to learn about and connect with their contexts.
Funny - where was their empathy when they were destroying the lives and businesses of innocent black people?
Loving Engagement
We are committed to embodying and practicing justice, liberation, and peace in our engagements with one another.
I TOTALLY get that they are peaceful. All those videos of them wrecking the country in the most violent ways really shows how they embody true peace.
Queer Affirming
We are committed to fostering a queer‐affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking or, rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual unless s/he or they disclose otherwise.
"Heteronormative" - GOOD WORD!!
Trans Affirming
We are committed to embracing and making space for trans brothers and sisters to participate and lead. We are committed to being self-reflexive and doing the work required to dismantle cis-gender privilege and uplift Black trans folk, especially Black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans-antagonistic violence.
When I would take the bus in the city, I would get a "transfer". So I identify on some level with "trans".
We are committed to disrupting the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement.
In other words - they want to destroy this TERRIBLE "western-prescribed" concept of a father, mother and children. They instead want to have black "villages" as they explain there. Sort of like the old time kibbutzim where the children would all live together, separate from the parents. [And of course it almost goes w/o saying that they favor the right of people to change partners at will].
I also saw a video of the leader of the BLM movement [who has the worst haircut of all time] and she affirmed that they are Marxists. In their platform they call each other "comrades" ala the communist shprach.
And by the way, here is what their leader, Karl the Shmarl, had to say about Jews:
