10 For The Pesach

   On the pasuk "אם ימעט הבית מהיות משה ולקח הוא ושכנו"  says the Targum Yonasan:

"ואין זעירין אינשי ביתא ממנין עשרא כמיסת למיכל אימרא"

WOW!! He says that you need ten people for the Korban Pesach. 

Where does he get that from?
