"היה קורא בתורה והגיע זמן המקרא אם כיון לבו יצא"
הקורא למפרע לא יצא בד"א בסדר הפסוקים אבל אם הקדים פרשה לפרשה אף ע"פ שאינו רשאי אני אומר שיצא לפי שאינה סמוכה לה בתורה [הלכות ק"ש ב' י"א]
But wait!!! It makes sense that the person read in the order they appear in the Torah. That would mean that he read the third parsha which is written before the first two in the Torah [if you hold that all three parshiyos are mi-dioraisa]. But how can that be - he is reading out of order which is no good?!
The Rogochover proves [in his notes on the side of his Gemara - he had room b/c he didn't have to write translations like we do:-)] from here like the opinion of the Rambam that הקורא למפרע לא יצא refers to the psukim but not the פרקים.
