Recently I wrote about labels. I also wrote about confusion. On those notes....
I saw a lady with a very very vocal presence [too vocal for my taste...] on line who labeled herself both "Ultra Orthodox" AND a "Liberal Democrat".
That is like calling yourself a Communist who believes in G-d and [להבדיל] free markets or a Facist who believes in free speech.
If she is a liberal democrat then she is an Apikorus and out of the fold. Not Ultra Orthodox but Ultra Heretical. There are numerous values of liberal democrats that are in direct conflict with Torah. פשיטא. So either she is delusional or being disingenuous.
