"ועתה ישראל מה ה' שואל מעמך כי אם ליראה אותו".
"Now Yisrael, what does Hashem ask of you, only to fear Him!!"
The Gemara asks "is fear as small matter?" Fearing Hashem is HARD! The Gemara answers that for Moshe who was speaking, fearing Hashem was no big deal. He could do it with ease.
The Beis Yisrael of Gur explained the pasuk: "NOW, don't push things off, you must do it NOW when you are with your Rebbi, Moshe, fear Hashem! DON'T PROCRASTINATE."
