It wasn't a black person killed by a white cop.
It was a Jewish man. A father of 11 named Yankel Frischenbaum from Williamsburg. The cop pressed him down to the ground and his last words were "I can't breathe". Then he dies.
What happens?

What world's reaction after a man entered a building a year and a half ago and gunned down 11 innocent people? Or after a man walked into a shul in Poway and killed an innocent women who died trying to protect the rabbi from the gunman? Or the attacks on Jews in Jersey City and Monsey. So sorry for you Jews. Who is playing the Lakers tonight? What's for dinner. Back to life as usual. It is only Jews.
"The American Jewish community experienced the highest level of antisemitic incidents last year since tracking began in 1979, with more than 2,100 acts of assault, vandalism and harassment reported across the United States, according to new data from ADL (the Anti-Defamation League).
The 2019 ADL Audit of Antisemitic Incidents, issued today, found that the total number of antisemitic incidents in 2019 increased 12 percent over the previous year, with a disturbing 56 percent increase in assaults. The audit found there were, on average, as many as six antisemitic incidents in the U.S. for each day in the calendar year – the highest level of antisemitic activity ever recorded by ADL."
HEY GUYS!! There was an Anti Semitic incident the other day - let's vandalize the entire country. Lets break into stores and loot them. Let us break ATM machines and steal cash. Let us burn police cars.
Answer - Civilized people remain civilized even when they feel oppressed or discriminated against. It is not the fault of the owner of a jewelry store that someone attacked a Jew. He doesn't deserve to be punished by having his store looted. It is not anyone's fault but the perpetrators of the evil acts. The police try their hardest to stop criminals but can only do so much.
Black Lives Matter. So do Jewish lives. No less. Just because most of us have white skin doesn't mean that our lives are less valuable. Property also matters. We have no right to destroy public or private property. Even if we are angry.
Remember a basic rule of human psychology: Very often, anger directed at others is really just anger at oneself that is directed outwards instead of inwards. ודי לחכימא.
