For all those who are on break some really fun ideas!
The Yeshiva schedule doesn't usually allow for learning responsa literature so here are three suggestions.
1] Har Tzvi [Rav Tzvi Pesach Frank ztz"l] - Deep, lomdish and riveting. A taanug ruchani. Super -duper svaros.
2] Eretz Tzvi [Rav Aryeh Tzvi Frommer ztz"l] - Original and mechudesh'dike with numerous tshuvos justifying problematic practices [chasidim davening after the zman, tzitzis smaller than a shiur, having a katan carry for us on shabbos]. Simply ROCKS.
3] Divrei Yatziv [Rav Yekusiel Yehuda Halbershtam ztz"l] - A veritable maayan novea of chiddushim. Breathtaking. Rav Asher Weiss' Rebbe. Rav Asher is OFF THE CHARTS but his Rebbe is even better.
Another idea is to go skiing. Or ice skating. This is a highly pressured world and some people just need a BREAK. So if you need one - take it. Psychiatrists have enought parnassa without you.
Just don't forget to take Hashem with you on vacation....
