Motion And Emotion

I was feeling down today [got some disappointing news] so I took an anti depressant.

Not the type you swallow. 

The type when you get on a machine and MOVE. MOTION CREATES POSITIVE EMOTION! It is scientifically proven. A 15 minute run equals the effect of an anti depressant. Now I returned to my [Torah] laboratory to continue my work with a brighter outlook.
