Some people say that in order to escape danger, Jews should move to Israel.
There are MANY MANY GREAT reasons to move to Israel. Like, it's a mitzva....馃槉. And many many more reasons.
But escape danger? We are surrounded by hundreds of millions of Arabs who would LOVE to have us dead. In order to enter my city one needs to pass through a security barrier [!!].
This is a dangerous place to live. A Jew has always been the subject of hatred and often violence wherever he or she is.
