Joe Biden said recently:
".... poor kids are just as talented as white kids".
During a rousing speech in Iowa, Biden's second gaffe was when he listed things we choose over things we don't: "We choose about truth, not facts,".
He could have continued with things we choose like "hope over optimism, faith over belief and synonyms over words that mean the same things."
