This is picture of my former next door neighbor R' Roni Klopshtok Shlita dancing with LEGENDARY Rav Bina Shlita in the Yeshivat Hakotel Beis Medrash about 20-25 years ago. R' Roni is smiling because he knows that he has a lifetime contract to teach at the Yeshiva. A mechaye!!! [He is still there]. Rav Bina is NOT smiling because he knows that his days are numbered and he is thinking about how he will fund his new Yeshiva. Will Uncle Ira jump ship together with him? Only time will tell... [He DID Baruch Hashem!!! Rav Bina's faint smile indicates that he senses it.] Rabbi Billet is being very pensive, trying to figure out how to get those "fanatic" rabbis in the 5 Towns to close down their shuls during Covid-19 and if they don't he will have them placed in cherem. [Rabbi Billet's son in law was my roommate - before he became Rabbi Billets son in law and WELL BEFORE Covid hit the 'Mere...]. [Now "Rav" then just plain ol'] Chanan Bina is at the tail wondering how he will fill his fathers shoes when the day comes and if that means he should switch yarmulkes. He is holding on to Rav Billet b/c he will need his connection$ to keep the Yeshiva afloat. [Or maybe they are all thinking how they are connected to me? Like one in a trillion odds. But it IS likely that yours truly was in the Beis Medrash dancing as well as I was a Talmid in the Yeshiva and LOVE dancing. Back then when Jewish people were allowed near each other.... Now it is 6 feet distance or you are arrested.]
It is AMAZING how our Rabbis have Ruach Hakodesh!!!!
