Tip For The Day - How To Be Unhappy

If you want to be unhappy - then believe everything you think. If a thought passes through your mind, no matter how crazy, how irrational, how harmful to your mental health - believe it! Don't challenge it! Don't disregard it as being foolish! Believe it and internalize it! 

That is a SUREFIRE WAY to be miserable.
